New easter gift tags and a gift for you.

I enjoyed chatting at GoDigitalScrapbooking on Saturday evening and want to say thanks to everyone who came. It is really fun getting to talk to people all over the world.

If you have never tried it you should give it a go. We are having regular chats  and you can find out the times in the forum.

I made some Easter vintage tags as a gift and have put them in my store now. These are great also printed out. add a bit of ribbon and you can use them as gift tags or even as placeholders for your easter table. They would look great tucked in a little gift basket as well. You will find them in my store here.

Vintage Bits - Easter Tags
I also have a little early Easter gift on my facebook page but for those who aren’t on facebook you can get them here.
I would love you to like me though if you are.
hope you enjoy them and stay posted for all the fantastic easter fun to come.

Vintage Bits – Easter Cards

I love everything vintage and  love collecting and recycling everything old. These vintage bits are based on vintage ephemera but they have been tidied up, maybe painted over or renewed in some way and then textured. All the work is done for you so you can just enjoy them.

This set contains 5 vintage Easter frames. They are sized 4×6 inches are in individual png format . Use them to make your cards or for invitations, place holders for your table or as frames in your scrapbook layouts.you could also be creative with them in making your digital ATC or art journals.

How awesome can overlaid papers be

I love playing with papers and I love taking photos and I get inspired often to just play. I saw the latest work of Christine [les idees de Christine] who paints the most beautiful backgrounds and elements. I bought it straight away as I loved it all but one paper was my favourite.

It took me only a few minutes to find one of my photos I thought would look cool with an overlay.I took a heap of pictures in cairns last year at the kuranda butterfly house. Most aren’t fabulous as the butterflies move around so fast but I picked this one.

I grabbed the paper from Christine’s Carline kit and overlaid it then played with the blending modes. My final pick was linear light. A bit of text added under the overlay layer and here is what I finished with. I love it. Why don’t you have a play and see what you come up with.
