All downloaded content, whether purchased or provided at no charge including but not limited to images and text, are protected under U.S. copyright law, international conventions, and other copyright laws. You cannot use the content except as specified herein.
By purchasing and/or downloading these products you are obtaining a "license to use" these products in agreement with the terms stated below. You are not obtaining rights to the products themselves.
Legal
Terms of Use: Commercial
All
Kits, Elements, Brushes, Overlays, Patterns etc. contents are
copyrighted to 2 Sheilas Digital Designs
It is
non-transferable therefore you may not "give" the license
to anyone else, nor can you change the product that it applies
to.
This license provides you commercial use of this product
only.
You may use this product in the following ways for
profit. This list is not all encompassing. If you don't see it here
just email us at: 2sheilas@artforscrapbooking.com
if you have any questions.
You may use the product in
scrapbooks for others for pay. By this we mean: you are commissioned
by a person to make a scrapbook for them and it can be done either
digitally on CD or hard cover.
You
may make greeting cards, candy wrappers, posters, altered books/paint
cans, stationery, labels, and many other crafts for sale with the
printed form of these graphics. These graphics are designed at 300
dpi so they are print quality.
You may use this product to create digital kits for SALE.
You
may also resize and recolor these this product to fit your needs. You
must use these in a kit as part of something, ie as part of a paper,
card, etc and may not be sold separately as is. You may not make
another .abr
or .asl from these graphics. You may use other
actions to change the color or you may color these items.
You
may use our graphics in your own LOs and you may send LOs to
magazines as long as you credit 2Sheilas Digital Designs with the
items in your LO.
You
May NOT:
You may
not as a Digi Scrapbook Designer make an entire kit of these
items.
You may not claim these graphics as your own.
You may
not alter these graphics and claim them as your own.
You may not
take any part of these graphics and add it to your graphic and claim
the resulting graphic as your own.
You may not make any of my
graphics into tubes or brushes and redistribute them in any way. You
may not offer any of my graphics/images on any webpage for download,
send them through lists, news, groups or include them in any graphics
collection either on the internet or otherwise.

Permission is granted to make modifications to any
images (size, color, etc.) as needed to suit your personal tastes,
photos, etc. But please do not pass off any of the work as your own.
And most importantly, have fun and enjoy the creative process.

Uses:
You
may alter any graphics to fit your needs including resizing,
recoloring cropping, etc. provided credit is given to the
designers.
If you post scrapbook pages or other projects
online or submit them to magazines or books for publication using any
of these images, please credit the 2Sheilas. This includes any
graphics that you have altered.
A message to us letting us
know how and where the kit was used is always nice and greatly
appreciated!
Prohibited
Uses:
Do
not use any images for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or any
other purpose that is prohibited by law.
You may not claim
graphics nor add to or distort, alter or re-color any graphic and
claim them as your own.
You may not submit elements or this
entire kit as your own design to magazines, books, or galleries –
online or print editions.
Portions of this kit may be
incorporated into a layout of your creation with credit given to the
original copyright holder, 2Sheilas. If you are unsure ask us.
You
may not make alteration to graphics in any way that will take away
the artistic integrity of the original creation.
You may not
incorporate these graphics into any professional projects; i.e.: web
design/sites, templates, or any projects, which will produce income
without first purchasing a Professional License from us.
You
are not allowed to resell, sublicense or otherwise make available the
graphic(s) for use or distribution separately or in a format designed
or intended for permanent storage or re-use by others.
You may
not use these graphics in any other graphics collection(s), on a
website, on CD ROM or individually either for sale or free, create a
competing product from the graphics to sell or redistribute, trade or
otherwise share this kit.
You may not make any graphics into
tubes or brushes and redistribute them in any way.
You may not
use any brushes included in this kit for professional use without
first purchasing a Professional Use License.
Do
not use for any commercial application other than as defined herein
